Q: What is your opinion of High Intensity Training weight training?
A: High Intensity weight training is something you want to pace your self on. Everyone should be doing some kind of weight training, and when you go high intensity, it really takes a good amount of energy out of you. Usually only athletes use intense training for a particular sport. It depends what your goals are. Be sure that when you do high Intensity weight training that you allow you muscles to recover. A good idea might be to get a good exercise training book...there are many out there. A good book could point you in the right direction and also give you good tips for lifting.
